Single-Crystal Copper Foil Rolls

BGI has developed advanced single-crystal copper foil technology, enabling the single crystallization of A3-sized copper sheets and 10 cm wide copper rolls, with lengths reaching hundreds of meters. The primary crystal plane is Cu(111), with options to customize high-index crystal planes such as Cu(410) and Cu(510).

Single-crystal copper foil possesses a well-ordered surface atomic arrangement, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, and holds great potential for applications in nanomaterial extension equipment, new energy electrode materials, thermal management, and power electronics.
